1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Customized items (e.g., Pony Dresses) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Return Process

• Email us at info@abboomcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Ship the product to our return address (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-Refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a free Replacement.
